We are seeking a Clinical NurseManager to lead and develop the clinical team and to manage and coordinate the delivery of high-quality care for all residents at our Aged Care Home in Gwelup.
Reporting to the Facility Manager and working closely with your peers, you will play a key role in driving the customer experience across the broader Bethanie Gwelup site. You will have many layers of support but also the autonomy to make the role your own.
This is a permanent full-time working 38 hours per week.
The Role
* Provide leadership for the clinical team in collaborationwith the clinical Facility Manager
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care to residents, which is client directed and in accordance with the Aged Care Standards
* Relieve the Facility Manager as required, including on–calland scheduled leave
* Support the Registered and Enrolled Nurses to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical practice
* Assess competency of all clinical staff on an ongoing basis (including performance appraisals) and implement the necessary training and mentoring where necessary
* Establish professional relationships with all new and existing clients and their families to ensure the clinical team provide client directed care
About You
* Current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
* Previous management experience within a clinical setting
* Demonstrated leadership to a multi-skilled team, with ability to motivate and inspire others
