The Role - Who we need
As Photographic Producer, you will be responsible for establishing the conceptual and stylistic execution for photographic and motion campaigns.
1. Sourcing, coordinating, and managing the photographic production team (photographers, stylists, talent)
2. Sourcing, coordinating, and managing production logistics; studio, location, equipment, travel, and catering
3. Production scheduling including both client and creative liaison
4. Ensuring deadlines, budgets, and job specifications are met
5. Quality control of photography project elements and processes
6. Listening, asking, hearing, and translating client needs to develop appropriate photographic responses
7. Providing internal efficiency initiatives, policies, and procedures when and where required
8. Attending shoot days if required
Experience and Skills - Who you are
1. An experienced photographic producer with 4+ years industry experience producing large-scale campaign productions.
2. Passion for the fashion industry and knowledge of crew and talent across Australia
3. Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
4. An independent thinker with practical experience and the ability to confidently coordinate multiple projects
5. Great communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
6. An unflappable multi-tasker with a reactive approach to balancing and prioritizing a shifting workload
7. Someone who can catch a curveball with a smile and turn it into a positive creative solution
