We are currently seeking to employ factory packers and labourers to fill multiple roles with an Australian owned manufacturing company, in a clean safe modern facility at Loganlea. This company is a leader in the extrusion industry this position will start as casual labour hire but is a great opportunity to gain a full-time position. We are urgently seeking the following roles:
* Multiple Packers:Packing long lengths of aluminum ready for dispatch. This includes loading, unloading and moving product, keeping work areas clean and tidy and ensuring adherence to all safe work procedures
* Factory Labourer:Work with dies, ovens and machine powered press to cut, shape and form aluminum ensuring safe work procedures are adhered.

* This role will start as temporary labour hire (but permanent opportunities can present in the future).
* We roster both day (5:00am - 5:00pm) and night (5:00pm - 5:00am) shifts Monday to Friday (Roster is rotational - 4 days a week and 4 nights a week with 5-day break between day and night shift.)
* Casual hourly rate on day shift is $31.19, and night shift is $35.87 PLUS OVERTIME paid after 10 hours and for entire shift and when rostered on weekends.
To be considered for this work, you will need:
* Previous labouring and/or packing experience (ideally in a factory environment) with two contactable work references
* Team player with good work ethic, including reliability and punctual attendance
* Willingness to follow instructions and commitment to working safely
* Appropriate level of physical fitness to undertake a range of manual handling / labouring tasks in this environment (training in safe work procedures will be provided)
* Availability to commence on 6th January at Loganlea
