The Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a high‑performing delivery team supporting multiple initiatives. This role will focus on configuring, enhancing, and integrating the ServiceNow platform to support business processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Build, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications and platform functionality
* Develop automation using workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI configurations
* Create custom solutions and integrations using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
* Design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems
* Support platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing technical maintenance
Key Experience
* Demonstrated commercial experience developing on the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
* Strong scripting capability using JavaScript / Glide API.
* Experience delivering web services integrations.
* Understanding of ITIL-aligned service management practices
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams
Desirable Experience
* ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS or equivalent)
* Experience working within dynamic delivery environments.
* Understanding of databases and data structures.
