Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient management of all aspects related to the properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.


The Role

* Manage a portfolio of properties
* Ensure timely and efficient management of all aspects related to the properties
* Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize property performance
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Current real estate license
* Direct experience in real estate
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Exceptional knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
* Current driver's license
