Job Responsibilities include; Implementing strategies to grow market share and achieve sustainable profit growth in the portfolio. Achieving budgeted finance plans for assigned region for marketing support and advertising. Identify new business and segment opportunities. Undertake market analysis to estimate and identify current market shares and competitor performance. Provide leadership to the sales team for your account portfolio. Tracking of portfolio targets and sales goals. Establish and maintain good business relationships with Senior Managers/Principals/Asset Managers/Service Supervisors and keep current awareness of the financial strength, challenges, strategic direction and overall value of the accounts. Present agreements and deliver strategies to improve sales performance/volume. Conduct regular business reviews and establish and manage 12 month rolling marketing plan within allocated portfolio.
