We work in partnership with the NDIS and have a team of 60+ Speech Pathologists to support you in a wide range of clinical areas in Speech Pathology. The ORS New Graduate Pathway
We offer our New Graduate Program – tailored training that includes an allocated supervisor and a program designed to help you thrive in the most common areas of Speech Pathology. Weekly mentoring, reduced client hours, report writing support and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia. We tailor your introduction to working at ORS with a reduced caseload for the first months. A dedicated speech pathologist supervisor will help guide you through your first year and beyond. Ongoing learning access internal professional development, interdisciplinary training, and Special Interest Groups led by highly passionate clinicians. We foster an open-door policy and collegial leadership to enable teaching without anxiety.

What We Need You To Have
- Eligible membership to Speech Pathology Australia
- A car and license
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/ Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
