We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Aged Care Personal Care Assistant. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing daily living support to residents in accordance with their choice and preference and established care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily living assistance to residents, including activities of daily living, hygiene, grooming, mobility, nutrition, and hydration.
* Encourage independence and holistic care while promoting physical and emotional well-being.
* Implement clinical practices in accordance with Registered Nurse directives and facilitate residents' needs.
* Demonstrate respect for residents' rights and dignity at all times.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
* Highly developed written and communication skills.
* Proven ability to work independently or as a team.
* Passion and empathy to work with the elderly.
* Commitment to quality management and continuous improvement.
* Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Capacity to work within our organisation's mission, vision, and statement of values.
* Proof of working rights in Australia.
