PART OF THE CFC GROUP OF COMPANIES – Think Safe Act Safe. Description CEA is looking for an experienced and motivated Territory Manager to grow and support our customer base. This is a hands-on sales role where you’ll take ownership of your territory, build strong customer relationships, and drive new and used equipment sales through to delivery Key responsibilities Drive new equipment sales and consistently exceed territory sales targets Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building Manage the full sales lifecycle – from lead generation through to delivery Promote and maximise used equipment sales across all opportunities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers in your territory Deliver tailored product demonstrations to meet customer needs and applications Execute product and application-focused sales strategies aligned with business objectives Provide accurate reporting on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends Represent CEA at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements Ensure all sales documentation, orders, and CRM updates are completed accurately and on time Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Administration and leadership, to support smooth sales processes Support tender submissions and contribute to broader sales initiatives Skills & Experience Proven success in a Territory Manager or similar sales role, with a strong results focus Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets within a defined territory Strong business development skills, including cold calling and pipeline generation Ability to build trusted relationships and influence customers at all levels Sound understanding of market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies Professional, confident communicator with strong negotiation skills Ability to represent the business positively with both customers and suppliers/manufacturers Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage sales activity and reporting Ability to analyse and communicate sales performance and market insights Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing your territory with autonomy Skills And Experiences What We Offer Competitive salary package uncapped commission potential Company vehicle Flexible working arrangements to support work–life balance Ongoing training, product support and career development opportunities Supportive, friendly team culture National career advancement pathways Employee recognition programs celebrating service and performance Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family Stable, long-term career in a strong and expanding industry Employee discounts through Maxxia and Samsung Novated leasing options Discounted health insurance through HBF
