Description CEA is seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Manager to lead sales of our SANY earthmoving equipment range across the Central Queensland region. This is a dynamic, customer‑facing role suited to a proven machinery sales professional who thrives on autonomy, relationship building, and delivering results. You will play a key role in growing market share, strengthening the SANY brand, and supporting long‑term business growth within the civil and construction sector. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for managing an established territory while identifying new opportunities across the Central QLD market. You’ll work closely with internal sales, service and brand teams to deliver a high‑quality customer experience from first contact through to machine delivery and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities Drive sales performance and exceed revenue targets within your assigned territory Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with business objectives Identify, onboard and grow new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and quotations through to machine delivery Collaborate with Brand Managers to support product campaigns and promotions Promote used equipment alongside new capital sales Conduct product demonstrations and represent the business at trade shows and industry events Provide accurate reporting on sales performance, forecasts and market trends Support tender submissions and ensure customer database accuracy Deliver exceptional after‑sales service in collaboration with parts and service teams Use CRM tools to document customer activity, opportunities and feedback What You’ll Need to Succeed Proven success in machinery or heavy equipment sales, with strong territory management experience Solid understanding of the civil and construction market in Central Queensland Confidence in cold calling, lead generation and new business development Strong knowledge of competitor products and market pricing Ability to work autonomously while managing priorities across a large territory Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationship‑building skills Experience using CRM systems and electronic sales platforms Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high‑quality customer experience Skills And Experiences What We Offer Join a growing, family-owned business that values its people.
