The right candidate will have:
Similar values around respect, safety and professionalism
Excellent customer service skills and ethics
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
Superb organisational and time management skills
A can-do attitude and the ability to take ownership and accountability for results and performance
Competency in trade-based business platforms (ideally SimPro)
Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel & Sharepoint)
Familiarity with accounting software (ideally Xero)
A respect for confidentiality
