Parts Sales Consultant

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer focused Parts Sales Consultant to join our busy Dalby dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about motor vehicles and delivering great service.
No prior experience is necessary – if you’re the right person with the right attitude, we’ll provide all the training you need. For the right candidate, we are also offering a Parts Apprenticeship – an excellent pathway to a long-term career in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers (both retail and trade) in finding the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles
- Process orders efficiently via phone, email, and in-person enquiries
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Stock control and inventory management
- Liaise with technicians and service staff to ensure timely parts availability
- Contribute to a positive team environment and provide exceptional customer service
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry
- Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Good computer and organisational skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- A current driver’s licence (manual preferred but not essential)
