About our role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Human Resource professional to join our team. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a new team member to join us while we build new ways of working, fostering strong foundations to deliver a new way of service delivery and support within our People & Culture function.
Reporting to the Manager People & Culture and working closely with the newly appointed Executive Director People & Wellbeing this role will have the ability to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to deliver high quality support to a team of skilled leaders across the health service.
As Business Partner you will support activities across the whole employee lifecycle, supporting the building of workforce plans, capability frameworks and approaches to attraction & retention activities across the organisation.

About you
Our ideal candidate will bring the below capabilities and experiences.
* Demonstrated experience working within a HR generalist, business partner or consultant position.
* Demonstrated experience providing advice, guidance and support to leaders ideally within the health care sector.
* Solid experience and knowledge with EBA and Award interpretation.
* Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
* Enthusiasm, motivation and drive to come to work and make a difference each day.
