THE ROLE:

The Marketing Executive within the Brand Marketing Team will be instrumental in the implementation of consumer campaigns and marketing initiatives designed to deliver awareness and audience growth across NOVA Entertainment's live and on-demand audio products.

Working under the direction of the Marketing Director and collaboratively with the broader Growth department (digital marketing, digital content, podcasting, publicity and audience engagement) to ensure agreed strategies are implemented effectively, consistently and with scale to positively influence consideration and audience growth.

What you will be doing and what skills you may have:

Implementation will be required across multi-channel campaigns, working with internal content, creative and production teams to bring campaigns to life that help existing, new and lapsed audiences discover new content within Nova's portfolio. This role calls for a natural innovator who can own a concept from ideation, all the way through to post campaign delivery and ongoing optimisation.

You will provide department administrative support, be a brand champion, have a creative eye and outstanding attention to detail. You will be passionate about the audio, podcasts and/or the entertainment industry and even more excited about connecting audiences with audio entertainment relevant to their needs and wants.

In summary:

* Implement marketing campaigns in line with business priorities.
* Work with internal teams to book and manage owned campaigns that support podcasts, streaming stations and promos.
* Provide support on campaign production working with internal production teams and external production companies (when relevant).
* Manage material instructions and despatch.
* Manage the delivery of post campaign reports and analysis.
* Track and report on activity to provide strategic direction for future campaigns.
* Communicate marketing activity and strategies with key stakeholders and staff where appropriate
* Ensure all marketing activity developed is on brand and appropriate to our target audience.
* Special projects and administrative duties as requested by your manager.

To be successful in this role you will have:

* 2-3 years in a marketing/media related role
* An understanding of marketing principles.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage concurrent project timelines
* Strong written communication skills and the ability to tailor tone to suits product, purpose and place.
* A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to build and retain strong relationships with stakeholders.
* A self-starter who is excited to facilitate end-to-end campaign implementation
* An analytical mind and a keenness to delve into first party data and campaign performance.
* An interest in human behaviour and the habits/considerations leading to our entertainment choices.
* An understanding of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise and to identify when assistance is needed and seek help from appropriate parties.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in our Melbourne or Sydney studios.
