About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales International Executive Real Estate to join our team at PT Mirah Global Investment based in the beautiful city of Bali, Australia. This is a contract role offering flexible working arrangements with the opportunity to work remotely. As our Sales International Executive Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and growth for our international real estate portfolio.
What you'll be doing
1. Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to promote our international real estate offerings to clients worldwide
2. Building and maintaining relationships with international clients and prospective buyers
3. Conducting market research to identify new growth opportunities in international real estate
4. Negotiating deals and contracts to secure sales for our international real estate portfolio
5. Providing high-quality customer service and support to international clients throughout the sales process
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns to promote our international real estate offerings
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices in international real estate sales
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in international real estate sales or a related field
2. Proven track record of successfully driving sales and exceeding targets in an international market
3. Strong negotiation and contract management skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
5. Proficiency in English and at least one other language, preferably Mandarin or Japanese
6. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
7. A passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
