The Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Property Manager to:
- Take full ownership of your own commercial portfolio
- Establish and grow the property management division
- Drive financial performance and client satisfaction
- Provide trusted advisory to landlords and tenants
- Mentor, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
This is a hands-on role with a strong leadership focus, suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, driving business growth, and leading with purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an industrial/commercial property portfolio end-to-end
- Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, budgets, and financial reporting
- Drive business development, proposals, and landlord engagement
- Ensure compliance with legislation, WHS, and tenancy requirements
- Lead tenant onboarding, inspections, and maintenance coordination
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in commercial property management (industrial portfolio experience essential)
- Strong financial acumen (budgets, P&L;, forecasting)
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Sound knowledge of compliance and lease structures
- Proficiency with property management software (Cirrus8, Re-Leased, or similar plus)
- Current real estate license, driver’s license & reliable vehicle
- Leadership qualities – ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a team
