**About The Role**:
The UberEats Sales Operations team is looking for a Head of Sales Operations to lead the ANZ team. You will be partnering with Sales Leadership to advise organizational decisions using data, sales reporting and analytics for the market, and work closely with other APAC and Global Sales Operations teammates to improve sales and customer-facing processes. This position is central to the long-term development of our sales and restaurants organization in ANZ!

**Your Impact in Role**:

- Develop long and medium term sales strategy (where to play, how to win) to enable growth and sustainable competitive advantage.
- Leverage external knowledge to forecast trends and shape decisions.
- Leading the ANZ Sales Ops team to support the strategy and implement the plan.
- Develop new frameworks for complex problems where no standards exist and engage other experts for feedback and implement effectively.

- Extensive experience in Sales Operations, ideally within the SaaS or broader technology industries.
- A track record of leading and developing teams.
