About the Role
Play a pivotal role in building and nurturing corporate relationships that support GIVIT's growth and community impact.
As our Corporate Partnerships Manager, you'll be the driving force behind strategic collaborations that deliver real impact.
In this role, you will:
* Lead growth by identifying and cultivating new corporate partners to expand our partnership pipeline and revenue.
* Craft compelling proposals that align GIVIT's mission with partner Social Responsibility and impact goals.
* Secure sustainable partnerships with multi-year commitments that make a lasting difference.
* Maximise engagement through workplace giving, fundraising events, cause-related marketing, in-kind support, and skilled volunteering.
* Manage partnership agreements and ensure compliance by working closely with our Leadership Team.
* Deliver exceptional partner experiences through regular updates, impact reports, stories, and presentations that showcase the difference they're making.
What you'll bring:
* Experience in partnerships, business development, or relationship management.
* Confident communication and ability to build relationships with energy, enthusiasm and authenticity.
* Proven track record of securing partnerships and significant gifts.
* A passion for social impact and community development.
* Proactivity, self-motivation, empathy and the ability to work independently.
* Quick thinking & experience in a fast-paced work environment with competing demands.
* High attention to detail and a proven track record to delivering high-quality outcomes.
* Tertiary qualified in fundraising, marketing or communications is desirable.
