About The Role

BRG is seeking an experienced PMO Scheduler (L3) to support the Maritime Integrated Warfare Systems (MIWS) SPO within the SEA5012 Phase 1 project. This role sits within a Defence acquisition environment and will focus on schedule development, maintenance, and analysis across a matrix of maritime projects. You will work closely with PMO teams and project stakeholders to ensure the integrity of Integrated Master Schedules and provide actionable insights to support program delivery.

* Skill Level: L3 – Project Schedule Management
* Clearance: NV1 (minimum)

Duties & Responsibilities

* Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
* Support the branch-level schedule in collaboration with PMO and project schedulers
* Provide schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies
* Apply project controls methodologies to support program delivery
* Contribute to scheduling across a matrix of maritime projects (primarily SEA1350-3)
* Ensure alignment with Defence acquisition lifecycle requirements
* Engage with stakeholders to ensure accurate schedule inputs and reporting

To Be Successful

* Demonstrated experience in schedule management within Defence acquisition projects
* Strong proficiency in Open Plan Professional (OPP) (essential)
* Experience developing schedules across large, complex programsUnderstanding of Defence project lifecycle and governance
* Exposure to Project Controls frameworks and methodologies
* Maritime experience highly regarded
* Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-stakeholder environment
