Join to apply for the Sales Advisor role at The White Company. The new store will open in Horsham in February 2026. We are looking for 7 Sales Advisors for an 8‑hour contract.
With a strong retail sales or customer service background, you will often be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing them with a superb shopping experience, surpassing their expectations at every opportunity. You will assist customers, resourcefully identifying their needs and answering product‑related questions while optimizing sales and encouraging customer loyalty. You should be passionate, dedicated, and willing to take on multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and surpass customer expectations at every chance.
- Identify customer needs, answer product‑related questions, and respond to queries on product price, features, and benefits.
- Ensure that all customers’ mail orders are completed efficiently and on time.
- Take every opportunity to capture customer data to expand the TWC database and encourage customer loyalty.
