Junior Project Manager – 3 Month Contract (Strong Extension Potential)
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Project Manager to support the final stages of a key finance systems transformation project. This role will focus on driving project closure activities, managing outstanding deliverables, and supporting a backlog of work while working hand-in-hand with the Product Manager.
The project centres on the successful implementation of a new Invoice-to-Cash (Accounts Receivable) tool, which has transformed the way invoices are managed with retailers. With a few remaining items to be delivered, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the project is successfully closed and that post-go-live deliverables are completed.
Key Responsibilities
* Track and manage remaining project deliverables and backlog items;
* Support formal project closure activities and documentation;
* Oversee 1–2 smaller vendor-related deliverables (mini projects);
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Finance, ERP, and Integrations teams;
* Influence and engage with the Steering Committee as required; and
* Support the phasing out of paper invoices.
About You
We're seeking a Junior Project Manager who is highly organised, proactive, and confident in working with senior stakeholders. You will have experience managing deliverables and tracking progress to closure, with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
Experience in ERP systems or accounts receivable tools would be highly regarded.
What's on Offer
* 3-month initial contract with a strong likelihood of extension;
* Exposure to a high-impact finance transformation program;
* Collaborative team environment – work closely with Product Manager, ERP & Integrations Leads, and Finance;
* Hybrid working model – 3 days in office (typically Mon/Wed/Fri) with flexibility; and
* Full-time role, reporting directly to the Product Manager.
Start Date: Ideally 29th September
