You will ensure stores achieve their sales performance targets and develop strategies to enhance their capacity to increase revenue. Maintaining a positive and safe work environment and equipping staff to meet their performance goals are vital. Proven success in managing multiple stores, achieving sales targets, and inspiring teams is essential.
