Description
Right at Home North (South Morang) is looking for a female personal care worker (PCW) for immediate start.
MUST BE HAPPY TO TRAVEL WITH OWN CAR.
You will be providing care for every client's individual needs in the comfort of their own home. your assigned tasks and instructed by registered nurses in the client care plan.
Responsibilities
assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing and toileting
assisting clients with meal preparation
providing companionship and emotional support
driving clients to appointments and social activities
monitoring and reporting and changes in client's health and or wellbeing and promptly reporting to RN.
Accurately and thoroughly documenting services provided into visual care app.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in community care dementia care experience (preferred)
cert III in aged care
first aid and CPR
NDIS screen check
Working with children check
driver's license and own car with comprehensive car insurance
Qualifications
CERTIFICATE 3 OR 4 IN INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT OR EQUIVILENT
