We're looking for a people-centric leader who can facilitate meaningful connections, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction across all levels of staff and guests.
Responsibilities
* As Duty Manager, understand and exceed guest expectations and lead by example in delivering exceptional service.
* Manage daily operations to ensure front and back of house efficiency, guest safety, and smooth opening day preparations.
* Lead and develop the team of hospitality staff, fostering a positive culture and effective communication.
* Engage with guests, VIPs, and a diverse range of people to ensure memorable experiences.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in hotel leadership or guest-facing management roles.
* Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to listen and respond to diverse needs.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
