This role involves a hands-on approach to financial operations, directly supporting Line of Business Management. Success will be measured by the ability to develop and deliver management reports, including margin reporting, risk monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, performance metrics, strategic planning, liquidity management, and profit improvement initiatives. The role also involves active collaboration with support functions to enhance understanding of business performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Treasury team responsible for funds transfer pricing, liquidity risk management, forecasting, and related reporting.Develop and enhance the funds transfer pricing process, including data management, modeling, and reporting in collaboration with Treasury leadership and stakeholders.Maintain and develop modeling processes such as QRM Funds Transfer Pricing and Internal Liquidity Stress Testing models.Conduct annual reviews to evaluate assumptions and methodologies used in models.Engage with business leaders to ensure mutual understanding of products, risk profiles, and processes related to funds transfer pricing and liquidity risk.Ensure robust data management and maintain documentation and policies related to funds transfer pricing and liquidity risk management.Collaborate with Treasury on risk management activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience. Required5-7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting. RequiredExperience in the financial services industry, with a background in bank treasury, ALM, FTP models, QRM, financial analysis, enterprise reporting, or related areas.
