This is a five year contract with the possibility of a further contract and/or extension.

THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The Corruption and Crime Commission (the Commission) is a leading anti-corruption agency whose purpose is to expose and disrupt corruption, serious misconduct and organised crime.

The Executive Office provides diverse services to support the Commissioner and Chief Executive, including the provision of legal research and advice, coordination and administration of Commission examinations, preparation and publication of reports, executive officer support to Commission committees, facilitation of risk management and audit processes, development of communication strategies for internal and external audiences, and administrative support.
THE CHANCE
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing professional secretarial and executive support to the Commissioner (and the Deputy Commissioner, Acting Commissioner and Chief Executive as required).
The position also undertakes various corporate projects and supports the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
The key to success in this role is your strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, high-profile environment.
You will bring to the team your expertise in diary and correspondence management, stakeholder engagement, and your ability to work effectively under pressure while ensuring accuracy.
Displaying initiative and an ability to work well within a team are critical to the role.
The Commission requires applicants to be Australian citizens or be immediately eligible for citizenship, and appointment is conditional on satisfactory completion of a rigorous security clearance process.
