Job Description
The Homebuilder Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing a portfolio of customers in collaboration with the Harvey Norman Commercial Sales Representative. This role involves processing purchase orders for multiple job sites and coordinating stock and deliveries as required. The Coordinator must deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear, proactive communication with both customers and the sales team.
Responsibilities
* Confirm orders with customers
* Enter orders into computer system great plains
* Ordering stock from various suppliers for customer orders
* Liaise with customers and arrange delivery of goods
* Keeping track of all open orders by checking on stock levels delivery dates and payment
* Confirming details on orders are correct with the customer, such as delivery address, site contact, products and quantities
* Maintain professional contact with internal and external stakeholders
* Attention to detail in all aspects of your work
Requirements
* Excellent Communication skills with the ability to liaise with people on all levels
* An ongoing commitment to providing outstanding customer service
* Superb organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks
