We are looking for a French teacher (or teachers of other subjects who are interested) to join our college. Salary will be commensurate with the successful applicant's skills, qualifications and experience.

Key Selection Criteria
* Appropriate tertiary qualifications (VIT registration)
* Strong curriculum understanding, including the Child Safe Standards
* Ability to effectively plan and design lessons
* Commitment to and understanding of a range of assessment tools and techniques
* Sophisticated knowledge of subject curriculum, study designs and criteria
* Proven ability to provide feedback to students
* Solid understanding of data analysis in relation to student progress and teaching effectiveness
* Commitment to continuous improvement in and out of the classroom
* Proven ability to manage time and conflicting priorities effectively
* Ability to communicate and interact positively and appropriately with all members of the Ballarat Clarendon College community
* Previous experience working within a team environment with a focus on success and outcomes
* Proficient user of information technology
