Administrative Support Role
This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, directing calls, and greeting clients professionally.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing for meetings, maintaining office supplies, and managing mail and packages.
Requirements include:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Intermediate computer skills including MS Office.
* Strong, accurate, and efficient typing and data entry skills.
