About The Role
As a
Personal Care Assistant
, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care that helps our residents live each day with dignity and joy. You\u2019ll follow personalised care plans and offer respectful support with:
Provide direct care in a dignified & respectful manner
Deliver excellence in customer service to our residents
Provide assistance with personal care/hygiene, daily living tasks & general mobility
Emotional wellbeing and companionship
Creating a warm, inclusive, and positive care environment to maximise quality of life
About The Opportunity
If permanent part time, must be willing to work at least 6 shifts per fortnight
If casual, must be willing to work morning, afternoon & night shifts
If casual, must be willing to be contactable to fill shifts at short notice
What You Will Bring
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care or equivalent
Minimum 6 months experience after receipt of qualification
Existing working rights in Australia
A genuine passion to provide care that is person-centred
The ability to work individually and in a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
