THE ROLE
We are looking to recruit an initiative‑taking and motivated New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our growing Pacific Kia sales team based in Maroochydore.
This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to establish a sales career in a company that is intimate enough that you will be recognised for your commitment to customer service and sales achievements, but large enough to be playing with large new vehicle sales volume on the big stage offering real potential for growth and diversity in your career.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
This position would be suited to a driven, initiative‑taker with a passion for providing consumer excellence by going that extra mile. With strong people skills, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base.
* Be proficient with basic computer skills.
* Hold a current Australian Driver's License (mandatory).
* Be able to demonstrate time management and organisational skills.
* Have a willingness to take on new challenges, learn new skills, and be mentored by our experienced management team.
* Candidate must be driven to achieve personal remuneration via achievement with Sales Key Performance Indicator targets.
* Previous experience in a new vehicle sales role is highly desirable.

Trading Days
We are open Monday to Saturday with a 5-day working week roster.
