This is a permanent full‐time position commencing Term 3, 2026.

Located in Hammond Park on Irvine Parade, the college opened in 2020 to Year 7 students and is now a complete 7‐12 campus. The buildings include state‐of‐the‐art classrooms, a library, administration, and an extensive student‐services area. Specialist facilities are provided for performing and visual arts, science laboratories, food and textiles, design and technology workshops, and a gymnasium. A cafeteria serves as the central precinct hub, offering indoor and outdoor seating, landscaped gardens, and open spaces. The college also has an approved Specialist Autism Program.

The Role

The Manager Corporate Services reports directly to the Principal and oversees the day‐to‐day financial, physical and human‐resource aspects of the school's business operations. The incumbent will supervise all school support staff and is a valued member of the Executive Team. Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on the financial integrity of the college, providing operational input to financial planning and budgeting for a range of funding entities, and administering financial, administrative, and information systems to ensure compliance with legislation and Departmental policies. Participation in school‐based and regional committees and working groups to align with the college's business targets and objectives is expected.

Qualifications

* Highly developed skills and experience in managing corporate services functions within a large and complex organisation.
* Substantial knowledge and experience in financial management, budget preparation, and an understanding of the financial regulatory framework, including the Financial Management Act, and relevant governance requirements.
* Strong human‐resource management skills, including the ability to develop and apply HR practices and systems for leading and managing staff.
* Experience in developing, implementing, managing and monitoring strategic business, marketing and operational plans.
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult, collaborate and negotiate effectively across all levels.
* Research, conceptual and risk‐management skills, with the capability to provide innovative solutions to complex strategic problems.

Eligibility

* Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or holder of a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of appointment.
* Valid Working With Children Check prior to commencement.
* Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and an up‐to‐date Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before commencement.
