Role purpose
The key purpose of the Valet Parking Attendant is to be a natural people person and team player who is equally charismatic and strong-willed, able to create and foster a well-connected team environment and inspire team-members to carry our culture and service excellence flawlessly. Smoothly, safely and efficiently retrieve guest’s vehicles, welcome guests, provide a fond farewell, assist with guest shopping parcels, providing directions and any other guest related assistance including promoting additional services such as car washes.
What will you bring?
You will have demonstrated valet and customer service skills with previous experience in a customer-facing role. You will be a proactive team player who understands processes, systems and our obligations to customers and Vicinity. You are known for your ability to effectively multitask and prioritise activities using a professional and customer centric approach. You’ll be passionate about providing an exceptional level of service to our Valet customers, including driving safely and paying attention to your surroundings at all times. You have genuine desire to bring to life the Vicinity culture and contribute to building a fun and enjoyable working environment
Work schedule:
Week 1
Thursday: 10am to 5pm
Friday : 12 to 7PM
Saturday : 10am to 6 pm
Sunday : 11am to 7pm
Week 2.
Thursday: 10am to 5pm
Friday: 1pm to 9pm
Saturday: 1:30pm to 9:30pm
Sunday: 11:30 - 7:30 PM
