Job Description: - (Urea & Ammonia Plant)
Condition Monitoring System (CMS) Management:
* Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Condition Monitoring System (CMS) for critical plant equipment.
* Develop and optimize predictive maintenance strategies based on CMS data, including vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication analysis, and other diagnostic tools.
Non-Destructive Examination (NDE):
* Manage and coordinate all Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) activities, such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, eddy current testing, radiography, and dye penetrant testing, for the evaluation of critical plant assets.
* Ensure NDE activities are conducted in compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM) and regulatory requirements.
Asset Integrity Management (AIM):
* Lead the Asset Integrity Management program, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of critical mechanical systems in the ammonia, urea, offsites, utilities, and steam & power generation sections.
* Develop and implement risk-based inspection (RBI) methodologies and manage asset life cycle strategies for high-risk equipment and systems
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling:
* Develop and implement detailed maintenance plans and schedules based on the findings from CMS, NDE, and AIM activities, ensuring all required maintenance activities are planned and executed efficiently.
* Collaborate with maintenance teams to align resources, spare parts, and labour for planned outages and critical maintenance work.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
* Additional certifications in Condition Monitoring, Non-Destructive Examination (e.g., NDT Level II/III), Asset Integrity Management (e.g., CMRP), or Maintenance Planning & Scheduling are highly desirable.
Experience:
* At least 8-16 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in condition monitoring, non-destructive testing, asset integrity management, and maintenance planning in an industrial environment, preferably in a fertilizer, chemical, or petrochemical plant.
* Extensive experience in managing Condition Monitoring Systems (CMS), implementing NDE techniques, and leading Asset Integrity Management (AIM) programs for critical equipment.
* Proven track record in developing and executing maintenance plans, utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage and schedule maintenance activities.
* Experience with reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) and root cause failure analysis (RCFA) for mechanical assets.
