We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Rural Property Lawyer to join our team in Perthshire.
About the Role
* Sales, purchases, and leases of rural property
* Agricultural transactions including farm sales, purchases, and tenancy arrangements
* Rural land matters, including crofting and estates
The ideal candidate will have experience in property law, particularly in rural settings. They will be responsible for delivering clear and practical advice to clients while working closely with landowners, farmers, and rural businesses.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with 2+ years PQE in property law (commercial and/or agricultural)
* Strong understanding of rural business needs and the Scottish property market
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-care skills
