Home Appliance Repair Technician Role
We are seeking a skilled Home Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. As a professional in the field, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service repairs directly to customers at their residence or in the workshop.
The ideal candidate will have strong electrical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. They will also be self-motivated, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Repair and fully test the operation of home appliances, ensuring full customer satisfaction.
* Maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals, and training sessions.
* Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection.
* Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred.
* Strong communication skills and strong PC skills.
* Provide premium customer service.
* Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature.
