We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our library operations and customer experience initiatives. This role will involve overseeing region-wide programs, managing strategic projects, partnerships, and service redesign initiatives.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing projects, collaborating with stakeholders, managing change, building high-performing teams, and delivering innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Library and Information Science, Management, Community Development, or a related field, and at least 5 years' senior experience in a library or customer service environment.
A strong leader with proven people management skills, ability to motivate and empower staff, and experience in managing operational priorities is essential.
