You'll oversee service delivery, support major technology and business system projects, and strengthen governance frameworks that underpin how org manages its information, technology, and data assets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop high-performing ICT teamOversee ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity, service desk, and digital transformation projects across ERP and CRMDrive information governance, compliance with privacy and FOI legislation, and records management best practiceShape and deliver ICT and IM strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goalsManage budgets, vendors, and contracts, ensuring value for money and service excellenceProvide leadership in technology innovation, including opportunities in AI and emerging toolsAbout YouWe are looking for a leader who can bridge technology and business needs with credibility, collaboration, and vision.You will bring:Demonstrated leadership in ICT and Information Management environmentsStrong knowledge of enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and service deliveryExpertise in data governance, compliance, and information lifecycle managementExcellent stakeholder engagement and project management skillsRelevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Information Management, or a related fieldDesirableExperience in the public sector, ITIL/Project Management certifications, and familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or TRIM/OpenText.Why Join?
