Job Summary:

* To support business growth by servicing existing and new sales accounts, managing day-to-day operations, and completing administrative tasks.
* This role plays a key part in enabling managers to focus on their responsibilities while ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:

* Handling quotation, order, and administrative duties: Quotation Set-Up, Order Processing, Customer Support, Record Keeping, Delivery Coordination, and general office tasks.
* This role will report directly to the Sales Director.
Accountabilities:

Primary:

* End-to-End Order Processing
* Entry into CRM and setting up of filing systems
* Logistics: Verifying shipping documents and coordinating with internal logistics teams and customers.
* Track Customer Complaints
* Work closely with Service Teams
* Service Warranty: Registering in D365 monthly.
* Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate customer records and sales data.
* Customer Support: Answering inquiries, providing after-sales support, and resolving issues.
* Communication: Coordinating with sales teams, other departments, and customers.
Secondary:

* Inventory Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance.
* Support Health & Safety: Fire Warden, First Aid, Attend H&S training, LIMS / Audit Report, monitoring of HIT Tickets.
* Champion Sustainability agenda including CSR activities: Communicate with UK Team on sustainability agenda, ad hoc reports, etc.
* General Administrative Support: Provide assistance with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
* Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of information.
