You will provide exceptional technical support to end users. Above all you have great customer service skills and you are dedicated to providing a professional approach that customers will remember you for. Your Skills & Experience Strong experience with O365. Outstanding people skills. Ability to problem solve. A self-starter who values teamwork. Exceptional communication skills. About you You are a "people person" with a genuine passion for helping others. Even better, you know when to skip the tech talk, and can comfortably explain complex IT solutions to customers without an IT background.
