Working in a full time capacity from Wednesday to Saturday, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and administrative support to the wider team.This junior receptionist position is suitable for someone just completed their certificate course and looking to begin their career in Real Estate and gain valuable experience in an administration and customer service focused role. The role include open home inspections on a Saturday and during the week.
What you'll be doing
Warmly greeting and welcoming customers, whether in person or on the phone
Answering and directing incoming calls in a qualified and friendly manner
Managing the front desk and ensuring the reception area is well-presented and organised at all times
Providing administrative support for the rental department, data entry, key control and auditing
Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required
Hold a current Drivers licence
