This role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts for suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
As a Senior Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, including redlines, approvals, compliance tracking, and version control.
You will also collaborate with internal and external counsel on complex contract issues and legal reviews.
Additionally, you will interpret contract terms related to insurance, indemnity, warranties, limitation of liability, and government contracting (FAR/DFAR).
Maintaining working knowledge of lien and bond rights across multiple jurisdictions and advising on related matters is also essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, legal, or commercial roles is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Construction Management, or a related field; paralegal certification is also considered.
Strong negotiation skills and experience working with both internal stakeholders and external partners are necessary.
Familiarity with CLM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF programs is expected.
Experience reviewing federal contracts and understanding of FAR and DFAR clauses is a strong plus.
