We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer to join our Community Development team in Rockhampton, Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in urban, land and subdivision projects.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software. This includes designing land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure.
Additionally, the candidate will interpret civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients. They will also interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping.
* Senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivision projects;
* Relevant qualifications such as Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
* Demonstrated experience using 12D software;
* Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements;
* A commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development.
