What will you be doing? 
Answering inbound and carrying out outbound customer calls related to customer life insurance policies. 
Update CRM systems with customer information such as change of name, address, policy details, etc. 
Issuance of confidential policy documentation. 
Administration duties involving template generation, drafting letterheads and inbox management. 
Other Adhoc tasks as required.
