**About You**:
- You will have a passion and high level of understanding of customer service.
- Prior IT Support experience in a retail/hospitality organisation.
- Knowledge of POS hardware and software systems

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide the best possible IT services related to usage and issues of IT assets and solutions.
- Implement process, solutions, services, and resources to ensure utmost customer service is delivered.
- Support the team and enjoy helping people across the business - including the office team, warehouse and factory (known as our Creative Centre) and retail stores across the country.
- Prioritise tasks and manage your time well.
- Manage and negotiate with multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders and influence outcomes.
**Desired Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years enterprise level desktop related IT hardware and software.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolution of enterprise level desktop IT hardware, software and peripherals
- Previous customer service and stakeholder management experience
- Givex or similar POS, Verifone or similar EFTPOS, POS hardware and software, including POS printer, scanner and network devices.
- Windows Server 2012/16/22 administration.
- Active Directory, Group Policy, File and Print Services, DNS.
- Windows 10 & 11 support and administration in a domain environment.
- M365 & Azure & VMware administration
- Networking TCP/IP, IP telephony, printers, backups etc.
