Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of lawyers, fostering excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
* Provide legal supervision, mentorship, and case direction to staff and volunteers.
* Oversee delivery of key legal programs and ensure compliance with risk management frameworks.
* Deliver high-quality legal services and maintain a small, strategic casework load.
Requirements
* Minimum 7 years' post-admission experience in civil or generalist law.
* Proven leadership and staff supervision experience.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong organisational and strategic thinking abilities.
* Understanding of trauma-informed and inclusive legal practice.
