New Site Utility Role
About the Role:
Cater Care Australia is seeking four full-time permanent utility all-rounders for our new contract village in Borumba Dam, QLD.
This exciting opportunity will see you working across various shifts and tasks, providing fast, effective service throughout busy periods with a positive attitude.
Your main responsibilities will include setting up and clearing dining rooms, dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen, equipment, and dining areas, maintaining legislated food hygiene and safety practices, and assisting the broader team as required.
You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting texture-modified foods, maintaining cleanliness, stock, and crib food levels in the dining room, housekeeping duties such as room and ensuite cleaning, making beds (if needed), common area cleaning including emptying bins, sweeping, mopping, general cleaning, and mine site cleaning including cleaning offices, crib huts, bathhouses.
About You:
* Experience working as a cleaner for 12 months or more
* Utility experience for 6 months or more
* A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
* A motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
* Pride in personal appearance and hygiene
* DIDO position
* Own vehicle required
* Driver's License (auto or manual)
* Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident
