We're looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for our Service, Sales and Membership teams across GMHBA and Frank .
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead engaging training programs that set new starters up for success and continually build the capability of our front-line team.
* Design and deliver competency-based technical and soft skills training
* Facilitate interactive workshops that bring learning to life
* Identify skill gaps and create smart, practical learning solutions
* Champion continuous improvement and positive change
* Partner with stakeholders to enhance capability and member experience
What You'll Bring
* Experience delivering training in Private Health Insurance or a highly regulated environment
* A passion for learning design, facilitation and capability building
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
* Understanding of the L&D lifecycle and learning evaluation
* LMS experience
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain)
