We stand by our people and our customers, every day because we are people first.About the Role :As a Key Account Manager (Projects), you will play a vital role in driving e&s’s growth in the ACT commercial market. This role combines account management, business development, and solution-focused selling to ensure that e&s remains the supplier of choice for premium kitchen, bathroom, and laundry solutions.Day-to-day, you’ll be managing a portfolio of both existing clients and new opportunities, building trusted relationships with developers, builders, and architects. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their project requirements and provide tailored solutions that showcase the full e&s product offering.Your role will include:Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets.Increasing appliance registrations and specifying key products for new projects.Managing accounts end-to-end, from client acquisition to delivery.Collaborating internally with the commercial support team and across showrooms.Collaborating with key supplier partners to ensure support across projects and clients.Key Responsibilities:Grow Revenue: Achieve monthly and annual sales budgets, increasing product registrations and margins.Client Management: Conduct regular face-to-face meetings (approx 5 per week) and proactively nurture strong relationships with stakeholders.New Business: Target and convert new opportunities, including a minimum of 4 new client meetings per month.Product Expertise: Present tailored solutions from the e&s range, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.Account Management: Review and manage credit limits, ensuring all client accounts remain up to date.What We’re Looking For:Proven success in account management or consultative selling (experience in the building industry is a plus not but a deal breaker).A track record of relationship building with developers, builders, and industry stakeholders would be desirableExceptional organisational and negotiation skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
