Job Summary
The successful Venue Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our driving range and hospitality facility, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless experience for guests.
* Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and manage guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
* Ensure the driving range is well-maintained, safe, and set up according to the highest standards.
* Manage food and beverage operations, including menu planning, ordering, and inventory control.
* Supervise staff, create rosters, and support HR processes to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
* Handle cash transactions, manage budgets, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
* Support marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and VIP subscription programs to drive business growth.
* Collaborate with golf instructors to ensure smooth lesson operations and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
* Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills to motivate teams and achieve operational goals.
* Hold relevant experience in hospitality, sports facility management, or similar fields.
* Be flexible and willing to work weekends on a fair roster system.
* Possess an RSA certificate and a solid understanding of food and beverage operations.
* Excel in digital platforms and basic financial management.
