Dental Assistant - Receptionist

Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
The purpose of this job is
To deliver a high-quality front-office experience within the dental practice, managing patient appointments, billing, payments, and records, while also providing chairside assisting to support clinical care delivery. To promote patient education in dental health and contribute to the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the practice.
What you'll need to make it possible
* Deliver outstanding patient experiences by supporting chairside clinical care, assisting with treatments, X-rays, and maintaining immaculate treatment rooms in line with infection control standards, drawing on your minimum 12 months' Dental Assistant experience in Australia and Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred).
* Be the friendly face and organised mind of the practice, managing patient enquiries, appointments, recalls, payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation, while demonstrating a punctual, organised, and friendly approach.
* Keep the practice running seamlessly by coordinating laboratory work, monitoring and ordering supplies, and ensuring schedules, systems, and workflows operate efficiently through strong time management and organisational skills.
* Uphold excellence, safety, and integrity by working in line with practice protocols, regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and data security obligations, while role-modelling Bupa values and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
